For all of you who grew up with the Beastie Boys, or are new to discovering them, don’t sleep, as the iconic band sets to embark on their anticipated 8th album LP entitled “Hot Sauce Committee Part I″ this coming September 15th. The 17 tracks include guest appearances wuth Santi Gold, as well as Nas who contributed to the groups first single called “Too Many Rappers” .

[...] With all the recent tragedy that has seemed to plague the entertainment industry this year, this was the last thing we were expecting. Adam Yauch otherwise known as MCA of the The Beastie Boys, released a video this past Tuesday, July 20th along with band member Adam Horowitz (Ad-Rock) on his recent tumor diagnosis found on his left parotid (salivary) gland. Spotted two months ago, the tumor is fortunately in its early stages and has been localized in one area, but will require surgery and additional time to recooperate before finalizing a schedule and tour dates for their new upcoming album Hot Sauce Committee Pt.
