If there ever was a time this summer you shouldn’t miss a NYC event it would be this coming August 7th at the South Street Seaport. This is going to be serious. MAD DECENT, JELLY and DIESEL partner to expand the infamous Mad Decent Philly Block Party to New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. MD artists include Maluca, Bosco Delrey, Po Po & Paul Devro to perform in each city and will include special guests surprises revealed weekly on the Mad Decent Block Party site.

What began as a spontaneous event for friends and neighbors outside the label’s Philadelphia headquarters and grew in 2 short years to the largest block party in city. Now in the event’s 3rd summer, Mad Decent has teamed with Diesel and Jelly to bring the Mad Decent Block Party across the country. Starting in Philadelphia and traveling to New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago over 4 consecutive Saturdays from July 31st to August 21st, the Mad Decent party promises banging music, carnival games, yummy food, super secret guests and all for FREE! Expect unique location performances from Diplo, Theophilus London, Kid Sister, The Deathset, Ninjasonik, Freddie Gibbs, Das Racist, Gaslamp Killer, Blaqstarr, Dirty South Joe & Flufftronix, DJ Sega, Eli Escobar, Ghetto Division, Max Glazer, Mike B, Nadastrom, Oro11, Total Freedom, Willy Joy, Brick Bandits, Brendan Bringem.
